Turnstiles (2)
Turnstiles
Turnstiles are used in many types of businesses, and they offer the highest level of access control. They work to detect and deter unauthorised entry to a property. Turnstiles also work to limit the number of people who can enter or exit at a time while also controlling the direction they go.
Full Height Turnstiles
We offer full-height turnstiles that include rotating barriers that extend from the floor to the top of the turnstile, creating a full-height barrier. They strongly resemble a revolving door.
These turnstiles are often used for properties that need a higher level of security. They can also provide perimeter control when combined with fencing.
Benefits of Turnstiles
They’re built of rugged materials to offer maximum security.
The barriers provide bi-directional access control
Turnstiles are suitable for outdoor use
Our turnstiles are made to order and can be finished in any standard RAL colour. The turnstiles can be delivered directly to the site via HIAB for offloading (mainland UK only). The access control posts can be incorporated to add higher levels of security and with an intercom or keypad for access.
Ultimation Direct Turnstiles
We offer Ultimation Direct turnstiles, which provide full height access control to high-traffic locations. They can be used on construction sites, factory entrances, and much more. These turnstiles are attractive and affordably priced.
Ultimation Direct Turnstiles are made with a solenoid-operated mechanism mounted in a fully enclosed overhead structure. The units can be configured to provide single- or bi-directional operation. In addition, the control system allows a connection to any access control system or to a fire alarm to provide free rotation in the event of an emergency situation.
Our turnstiles feature a 120Ëš three rotor design, which offers maximum space for pedestrians to pass through. They also provide access control reader mounting plates at no extra cost to both sides of the turnstile.
Ultimation Direct turnstiles are coated to make them durable and come in a wide range of colours. They can also come with a steel base with forklift pockets to allow the turnstiles to be moved to new positions.
PLC
Our turnstiles are housed in a lockable overhead enclosure, and the PLC mechanism allows one person to pass through per activation. The turnstile can also be locked or set to free movement in either direction.
Turnstiles Finish
The Ultimation Direct turnstile D4150 is powder coated in any standard RAL colour at no additional cost. It’s possible to also request the rotor in a contrasting colour to the frame.
In addition, LED-backlit logos can be water jet cut to the overhead enclosure at no additional cost.
Access Control
Our turnstiles can also be fitted with small mounting plates as standard to enable the fitting of most proximity readers, intercoms and keypads across many brands.
Construction
The frames and rotors of our Ultimation Direct turnstiles are fully welded heavy-duty steel components for maximum strength and longevity. The rotor pivots are on a sealed roller bearing. The rotor arms are 40 mm in diameter, and arranged in a 120Ëš configuration to make it easier and more comfortable for people to access.
